The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Content Executive to join our Marketing team at Unite Students.
Supporting the Digital Content Manager, you’ll help manage and optimise website content through our CMS, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey across web, app, and digital channels. From publishing campaign content to improving SEO and user experience, you’ll play a key role in driving engagement and conversions through high-quality digital content.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and publish website content through our CMS, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Create and update engaging digital content including copy, imagery, video, and SEO metadata.
- Optimise content for SEO, accessibility, usability, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams and external agencies to deliver new content and enhancements.
- Support website testing and continuous improvements to user experience and performance.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
- Help repurpose content across digital channels including app, email, and social media.
- Stay up to date with digital content trends, SEO developments, and CMS functionality.
What We’re Looking For In You
- Experience using CMS platforms (Contentful experience is a bonus).
- Good understanding of SEO, UX, and digital content best practices.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical mindset with confidence using performance data and insights.
- A proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to work.
- Basic HTML knowledge or CMS coding experience is desirable.
