The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Digital Content Intern to support the day-to-day management of Graff's global ecommerce website.

Working closely with the Global Junior Digital Content Manager, you'll assist in delivering exceptional digital experiences by supporting website content updates, campaign launches, quality assurance and day-to-day ecommerce operations across multiple international markets.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global luxury brand, developing practical skills across content management systems, digital operations, website optimisation and ecommerce best practices. Throughout the programme, you'll work alongside experienced digital professionals while contributing to the delivery of world-class online experiences that reflect Graff's exceptional standards.

Website Content Support

  • Assist with uploading and updating website content within the CMS.
  • Support homepage, landing page and editorial content updates.
  • Maintain consistency across website content across multiple regions.
  • Perform quality assurance checks before and after content launches.
  • Review website content for accuracy, formatting and broken links.

Campaign & Launch Support

  • Assist with preparing website content for new launches and campaigns.
  • Update promotional messaging across global storefronts.
  • Coordinate digital assets with internal creative teams.
  • Help maintain the Ecommerce content calendar.
  • Ensure campaign launch checklists are completed accurately and on time.

Website QA & Testing

  • Perform daily website health and visual checks.
  • Test new pages and experiences before publication.
  • Identify content issues, broken links and visual inconsistencies.
  • Log issues and work with internal teams to support resolution.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during website releases.

Reporting & Administration

  • Update internal trackers and documentation.
  • Assist with competitor and industry reports.
  • Support meeting preparation and capture key actions where required.

Ecommerce Operations

  • Assist with SEO housekeeping tasks.
  • Carry out routine website audits to maintain content quality.
  • Help coordinate day-to-day content requests from internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Ecommerce or a related discipline.
  • Passionate about luxury retail and digital experiences.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Eager to learn new digital platforms.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • No previous ecommerce experience required.
