About the Role
As the Digital Content Manager at Pico Technology, you will be the production heartbeat of our digital and marketing channels. You will be responsible for the planning, production, and optimisation of a wide range of content—from technical knowledge base articles to high-impact campaign assets.
Acting as the central hub between our technical experts, product marketing, and digital teams, you’ll ensure that every piece of content is:
- Accurate
- Engaging
- Consistent
- Delivered efficiently—from initial concept to global publication.
What You’ll Be Doing
Core Responsibilities

Manage content across our:
- Website
- Newsletters
- Partner portals Ensuring a consistent tone and alignment with brand and technical standards.

Collaborate with the Senior Manager for Technical Content & Community to execute a unified content strategy supporting product marketing and broader business goals.

Develop and maintain detailed content schedules with clear milestones, ensuring:
- On-time delivery
- Full visibility for all stakeholders

Streamline relationships between:
- Engineering
- Product Marketing
- Digital teams To improve briefing, reviews, and overall content consistency.

What You’ll Need
- Significant experience managing professional content production across:
- Digital channels
- Multiple platforms
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, including:
- Precision in tone
- Clarity
- Technical accuracy
- Strong understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and experience collaborating with:
- Technical teams
- Subject matter experts
- Proficiency in optimization tools:
- Google Analytics
- Search Console
- Hotjar To measure and report on content performance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to:
- Coordinate complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Lead effective cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with:
- SEO best practices
- Accessibility standards
- AI-assisted content creation/translation tools
- Proactive “can-do” attitude, motivated by:
- Delivering high-quality results
- Adhering to planned deadlines
