About the Role
As the Digital Content Manager at Pico Technology, you will be the production heartbeat of our digital and marketing channels. You will be responsible for the planning, production, and optimisation of a wide range of content—from technical knowledge base articles to high-impact campaign assets. Acting as a central hub between our technical experts, product marketing, and digital teams, you will ensure that every piece of content is accurate, engaging, and consistent, guiding it smoothly from initial concept to global publication.
Responsibilities
- Manage content across our website, newsletters, and partner portals for consistency in tone and alignment with our brand and technical standards.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager for Technical Content & Community to develop and execute a unified content strategy that supports product marketing and broader business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed content schedules with clear milestones to ensure timely delivery and full stakeholder visibility.
- Build streamlined relationships between Engineering, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to improve briefing, reviews, and overall content consistency.
- Optimise content using SEO principles, analytics insights, and customer feedback for maximum discoverability and engagement across all platforms.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools responsibly to accelerate editing, tagging, and optimisation while maintaining strict human oversight and quality control.
- Maintain and evolve our content style guide to ensure clarity, accessibility, and consistency across all languages and formats.

Requirements
- Significant experience in managing professional content production across varied digital channels and platforms.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a refined eye for tone, clarity, and technical accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and experience collaborating with technical teams or subject matter experts.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, or Hotjar to measure and report on content performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple contributors.
- Familiarity with:
- SEO best practices
- Accessibility standards
- AI-assisted content creation or translation tools
- An inquisitive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude motivated by delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
