Your Role
As the Digital Content Manager at Pico Technology, you will be the production heartbeat of our digital and marketing channels. You will be responsible for the planning, production, and optimisation of a wide range of content from technical knowledge base articles to high impact campaign assets. Acting as a central hub between our technical experts, product marketing, and digital teams, you will ensure that every piece of content is accurate, engaging, and consistent, moving efficiently from initial concept to global publication.
What you'll be doing
- Manage content across our website, newsletters, and partner portals, ensuring a consistent tone and alignment with our brand and technical standards.
- Work alongside the Senior Manager for Technical Content & Community to execute a unified strategy that supports product marketing and broader business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed content schedules with clear milestones, ensuring timely delivery and full visibility for all stakeholders.
- Build streamlined relationships between Engineering, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to improve briefing, reviews, and overall content consistency.
- Use SEO principles, analytics insights, and customer feedback to optimise content, ensuring maximum discoverability and engagement across all platforms.
- Responsibly leverage AI assisted tools to accelerate editing, tagging, and optimisation while maintaining strict human oversight and quality control.
- Maintain and evolve our content style guide to ensure clarity, accessibility, and consistency across all languages and formats.

What you'll need
- Significant experience managing professional content production across a variety of digital channels and platforms.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and technical accuracy.
- A solid understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and experience collaborating with technical teams or subject matter experts.
- Proficiency with optimisation tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or Hotjar to measure and report on content performance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple contributors.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and the use of AI-assisted content creation or translation tools.
- An inquisitive and proactive "can-do" attitude, motivated by delivering high-quality work within planned timescales.
