About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate Digital Content Officer to plan and build website and app content for the TK Maxx brand. You’ll join our 9-person dynamic Digital Content team, a blend of managers, officers, and assistants, dedicated to fostering strong relationships, mutual support, and collaboration as part of the wider Digital Commerce function.


Responsibilities

  • Work with our Content Management System (CMS) to develop and implement digital content across UK, DE, and AT platforms, including web, mobile, and apps.
  • Collaborate with the Online Trading team to translate the product trading calendar into content plans for Homepage, Category Landing Pages, Cross-sell banners, etc.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to analyse content performance, identifying trends and leveraging insights to improve content, including A/B testing opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor and own defects/enhancements for the CMS, partnering with IT and key stakeholders in Digital Commerce.
  • Align the content strategy with SEO, omnichannel, and digital media strategies in close collaboration with Marketing.
  • Work alongside peers and your Manager to optimise content production processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and high-quality content delivery.

Requirements

  • Essential:
    • Experience working with CMS platforms in an eCommerce environment.
  • Highly Desired (but not essential):
    • Proficiency in German.
  • Technical Competencies:
    • Solid grasp of on-page SEO.
    • Basic familiarity with HTML is a bonus.
  • Mindset and Skills:
    • Data-driven mindset—passion for diving into analytics to inform and innovative decisions.
    • Exceptional collaborator and communicator, capable of building strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
    • Passion for digital content, storytelling, and continuous improvement.
  • Legal Compliance:
    • Must have the legal right to work in the country being applied.
