Digital Content Officer

Digital Content Officer (TK Maxx)

We are seeking a Digital Content Officer to plan, develop, and optimise content for the TK Maxx brand across the UK, Germany, and Austria. As part of the Digital Content team within our broader Digital Commerce function, you'll work collaboratively to deliver high-impact digital experiences.


**The Role"

You’ll operate at the forefront of digital content strategy, digital commerce, and imagination. Key responsibilities include:

  • Content Strategy & Execution

    • Utilise a Content Management System (CMS) to develop and manage digital content for web, mobile, and app channels across UK, Germany, and Austria.
    • Partner with the Online Trading team to translate product trading priorities into content plans for platforms like homepages, category landing pages, cross-selling banners, and promotional materials.
    • Leverage data-driven insights to understand performance. Conduct analyses to identify trends and make improvements and experiment with optimised content.
    • Proactively identify and resolve CMS defects and enhancements, collaborating with IT and stakeholders in Digital Commerce to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Collaboration & Strategy Alignments

    • Work closely with Marketing to ensure that content strategy successfully integrates with SEO, omnichannel, and digital media goals.
    • Collaborate with team peers and leadership to improve content creation processes, enabling higher quality output with greater efficiency.

**What You'll Bring"

Essential qualifications and skills include:

  • Experience working within a CMS platform in eCommerce is critical.
  • German language proficiency is highly advantageous (but not mandatory).
  • A strong understanding of on-page SEO and familiarity with basic HTML are seen as authentic advantages.
  • A data-driven mindset is key; you enjoy interpreting analytics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • A passion for digital content, storytelling, and continuous improvement to push boundaries and refine processes.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country of application (e.g., UK, Germany, or Austria).
