Design what works. Make it win again. Repeat.
AND Creative Agency (andcreatives) is a performance marketing agency building high-performing marketing for ambitious brands across e-commerce, service and hospitality. We don't design for the sake of it — we design to convert. Every asset we ship is shaped by real performance data, and we're looking for a designer who's energised by that: someone who can turn proven, best-performing ads into the next round of scroll-stopping, revenue-driving creative.
This is a digital-first, conversion-focused role. If your happy place is designing ads and email that move numbers — not print for print's sake — read on.
The role
You'll be the creative engine behind our client campaigns. Working across our full client roster, you'll own the day-to-day design that keeps our brands sharp and performing across every touchpoint. Our full system is provided — you'll design in Canva and build/strategise in Konvert, with our paid media team launching everything you create.
At the heart of the role is our winning-ad loop: our performance lead identifies the best-performing ad concepts, hands them to you, and you design fresh iterations that beat the original. Finished assets go to the paid media team to launch — and the results feed straight back into what you design next. Creativity guided by results.
What you'll own day-to-day

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Static ad creatives for e-commerce, service and hospitality clients — on-brand, conversion-focused, and shaped by what's performing.
- Social media content that stops the scroll and drives action.
- Email marketing design — campaign and flow creative that looks as good as it converts, built for results.
- Poster and promotional design for launches, events and offers across our client base.
- Menu and brochure design for our hospitality clients — beautiful, practical layouts that sell the dish and suit the brand.
Bonus points
- You can turn raw content into high-converting video ads with simple edits — think Instagram/Reels-style editing.
- Experience in social media management is a plus.
Your first 90 days
- Days 1–30 — Find your feet: master our Canva + Konvert workflows, learn our client brands, and sit in on ad-performance reviews.
- Days 31–60 — Build momentum: run the creative side of the winning-ad loop, deliver your first winning-concept redesigns, and establish a smooth handover to paid media.
- Days 61–90 — Own the engine: take ownership of email, poster and menu briefs, proactively pitch fresh concepts to test, and become the trusted go-to designer across every lane.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in digital design for ads, specifically built for conversion — this matters more to us than a print-heavy background.
- A strong portfolio of paid social and/or email creative that has performed.
- Comfort designing at pace across multiple brands and formats without losing quality or consistency.
- Someone who brings ideas to the table — who wants to pitch fresh angles to test, not just execute what's handed over.
- Confident in Canva; a fast learner on Konvert (full system and onboarding provided).
- Comfortable making simple, high-converting video ads from raw content (Instagram/Reels-style edits), and any social media management experience is a welcome bonus.
