Digital Coordinator - (operations rather than creative)
Location: Manchester
Company: a leading B2B and B2C company
Salary: £28k to £30k DOE
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
Permanent: Full time
As the Digital Coordinator, you will be a proactive member of our client’s European marketing team, supporting the rollout of new content and features across their web estate. You will manage small-scale projects from brief to launch, collaborating with developers to define requirements, manage the backlog, and conduct UAT testing. From writing user stories to assisting with cross-departmental digital campaigns, you’ll ensure all content aligns with SEO and UX best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to define project scope, technical documentation, and development roadmaps.
- Provide Sitecore troubleshooting and training to empower local offices and regional teams.
- Partner with commercial teams and subject matter experts to implement digital best practices that drive online conversion and engagement.
- Manage the creation and localisation of digital assets and web pages across diverse European markets.
- Champion standardised digital processes and best practices across the entire organisation.
- Act as a key support resource for European teams regarding the core digital stack, including CMS, CRM, and analytics tools.

Essential Skills:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience managing content within Sitecore or a similar enterprise-level CMS.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with web development processes, including UAT, backlog management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- A solid understanding of UX, UI, and SEO principles and best practices.
- Awareness of modern tech stacks and development standards (HTML, CSS, .NET).
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Photoshop.
