Digital Copywriter
Duration: 3 – 6 Months

Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Digital Copywriter for a 3 to 6-month contract with a digital healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities
- UX & Product Copywriting: Write intuitive copy across website journeys, patient consultation flows, app screens, product pages, and checkout pathways.
- Partner with clinical and legal/compliance teams to translate complex medical guidelines into plain, accessible English without compromising accuracy.
- Lifecycle & Service Messaging: Draft and refine transactional service emails, onboarding sequences, system notifications, and patient support messages.
- Audit existing communications and collaborate with design and optimisation teams on wireframing, messaging frameworks, and A/B testing.
- Provide flexible copywriting support for marketing campaigns, promotional landing pages, and PPC ads as needed.

- UX Copywriting Experience: Experience writing digital copy for digital products, e-commerce, apps, or complex user journeys (wireframes, flows, transactional emails).
- Simplifying the Complex: Proven ability to turn complex technical, regulatory, or medical details into clear, engaging plain English.
- Regulated Context Delivery: Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills, with high accuracy in a regulated environment.
- UX Alignment: Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and how copy interacts with UI components.
- Stakeholder Management: Confident working cross-functionally alongside product designers, clinical experts, and marketing teams.
