About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Delivery Assistant to support our project teams in delivering high-quality digital outputs across our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in digital engineering and project delivery within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will play a key role in supporting the management of digital information, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards while working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and coordination of digital project information and documentation.
- Support the production, review, and organisation of digital deliverables, including models, drawings, and data.
- Work with project teams to ensure digital outputs meet required standards and specifications.
- Maintain digital files, ensuring proper version control and document management processes are followed.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
- Assist in implementing digital processes, workflows, and tools across projects.
- Provide general administrative and technical support to the digital delivery team.
- Support data collection activities, including site-based information gathering where required.

Essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of digital or technical documentation processes.
- Ability to interpret technical information such as drawings or models.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable
- Familiarity with digital engineering tools (e.g., CAD, BIM, or document management systems).
- Relevant qualification in digital engineering, construction, IT, or a related field.
- Awareness of BIM processes or data management principles.
- Previous internship or experience in a similar role.
