About This Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join our Group Corporate Affairs (GCA) team as we accelerate our digital transformation. GCA is an award-winning team that delivers strategic insights, counsel, and communication strategies to support Lloyds Banking Group’s objectives. Our focus? Helping Britain Prosper through world-class communications.
You’ll be part of the Digital team, responsible for managing and evolving the Lloyds Banking Group corporate website, our key external platform engaging with partners, investors, media, and potential employees. As AI-driven digital interactions grow in importance, you’ll shape the future of the platform to ensure it remains an exceptional experience while reinforcing our reputation and purpose.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Collaboration
- Build strong internal relationships by working with multiple teams across the business.
- Ability to organise complex projects, manage workloads, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collate and prioritise website development work, issues, and ongoing defects, while scoping and sizing requirements.

Technical & Digital Leadership
- Provide technical insights for future website enhancements.
- Lead the transition of the website towards an AI-enabled platform, collaborating closely with technical and platform teams.
- Optimise content for AI-driven environments, ensuring AI and large language models (LLMs) can surface material clearly and effectively.
- Drive the shift from traditional SEO to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), improving content structure, citation accuracy, and AI discoverability.

Platform & Workflow Administration
- Maintain day-to-day website content using a CMS, ensuring accuracy, optimisation, and audience effectiveness.
- Coordinate the route-to-live process (testing, sign-off, issue resolution), including out-of-hoursScope of work.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Confidently present to senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and strategic priorities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management (scope → execution).
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile workflows.
- Live website management and delivery (preferably in a corporate or financial context).
- Strong technical knowhow and ability to effectively bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Portfolio/record of working with onshore and offshore development teams, managing competing priorities.
- Previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager, user journey mapping, and SEO best practices.
- Strong writing skills, ability to produce precise, impactful content.
- Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet analysis.
- (Desirable) Familiarity with Adobe Analytics/Content Square for performance engagement and user journey optimisation.
- AI literacy: A proactive, research-oriented approach demonstrated with responsible AI adoption to drive efficiency, innovation, and creative problem-solving.
