About This Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager in our Group Corporate Affairs team to help elevate us to the next stage of our digital journey.

Group Corporate Affairs (GCA) is an award-winning team that provides the insight, counsel, and challenge the Group needs to deliver its strategic objectives. We deliver best-in-class communications for key audiences, ensuring Lloyds Banking Group is recognised for Helping Britain Prosper.

You’ll join the Digital team, responsible for overseeing and developing the Lloyds Banking Group corporate website, our primary external platform for engaging with partners, investors, media and prospective employees, as well as an increasingly important channel for how the Group is understood in AI driven environments.

The primary objective of this role is to continue developing lloydsbankinggroup.com into an outstanding digital experience for our audiences, while supporting the delivery and distribution of content that helps build and protect our reputation and purpose.

This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skills to join at an important time and make a real difference to an already ambitious team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong internal relationships and collaborate with multiple teams across the business.
  • Be highly organised, with experience managing multiple projects and workstreams at the same time, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Be responsible for collating and prioritising development work, website issues and defects, and supporting scoping and sizing.
  • Have technical knowledge to support decisions on future development and enhancements.
  • Help drive the transition of the website towards an AI-enabled platform, working closely with technical and platform teams.
  • Treat AI and large language models as a core audience, ensuring content is structured and clearly represented in AI generated outputs.
  • Support the evolution from traditional SEO to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), ensuring content is structured, cited and accurately surfaced.
  • Partner closely with AI, Lab and platform teams to embed AI into CMS workflows, tooling and ways of working.
  • Maintain day-to-day website content using a CMS to ensure content is accurate, optimised and effective for our audiences, supporting improvements in performance and discoverability.
  • Be responsible for supporting the route to live process for the website, including coordinating testing, providing sign off and resolving issues, while acting as a key point of contact. This may involve some out of hours work.
  • Be confident presenting to senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
