Job Title: Digital Delivery Manager (Data and AI Projects)
Location: Glasgow (1 day on-site per week)
About The Role / Job Summary
Ofgem is currently seeking an SC cleared Digital Delivery Manager to oversee Data and AI projects. This role offers a day rate of 650 Inside IR35 and requires one day on-site in either London, Glasgow, or Cardiff. A current active SC clearance is mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver data and AI projects from discovery to live service, ensuring alignment with user needs and strategic goals.
- Manage teams in accordance with the Delivery Excellence Framework.
- Maintain delivery momentum through risk management and cross-team coordination.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing meaningful updates and acting on feedback.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile and DevOps methodologies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering Data and/or AI focused projects.
- Strong leadership skills to build and maintain motivated teams.
- Ability to shape effective project delivery plans with clear outcomes and timelines.
- Proficient in identifying and overcoming obstacles in project delivery.
Education Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Active SC clearance is essential.
