Digital Delivery Manager – SC Cleared
Role Duration: 3-6 months
Location: London (hybrid with 1 day per week onsite) Rate: £500–£700 per day (inside IR35)
The Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of digital products, systems, and services while managing a cross-functional team across the entire project lifecycle.
About the Role
You will:
- Oversee digital projects from discovery to live service, ensuring outcomes align with user needs, strategic goals, and government service standards.
- Manage teams under the Delivery Excellence Framework, maintaining momentum via risk management, cross-team collaboration, and performance metrics.
- Embed delivery discipline by adhering to planning, delivery, and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery from initiation to live service.
- Lead and enable multidisciplinary teams using agile and lean methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policy, standards, and GDS compliance.
- Apply rigorous risk and governance processes.

Key Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in delivering digital products/services at scale.
- Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and fostering agile/lean practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UK government policy, GDS standards, and digital service delivery frameworks.
(Cleared BSMI clearance necessary.)
