Join us as a Digital Delivery Manager

You’ll direct the delivery of large-scale digital programmes across our Supply Chain, taking ownership of initiatives that transform how we work and deliver meaningful business impact.

In this role, you’ll drive new propositions and capabilities from concept to completion, making sure every project meets our vision and standard for quality, timelines, and risk.

You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and delivery, gaining visibility across the organisation as you shape digital solutions that elevate user experience and transform Supply Chain operations.

You’ll spend at least two days a week in the office to coordinate resources and keep teams aligned.

What you’ll do

As our Digital Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Supply Chain digital delivery, overseeing a prioritised domain backlog that improves user experiences and advances our domain strategy. You’ll take ownership of governance, risk, budgets and resources, aligning release schedules and resourcing and managing interdependencies so large-scale change lands smoothly.

Day-to-day, you’ll synchronise teams across domains and engage stakeholders through design, development, testing and implementation, with integration plans that turn ideas into features. You’ll report against OKRs and KPIs, act as the escalation point to remove blockers, and keep initiatives clearly aligned to the outcomes our users need.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
