As a Digital Design Manager within our Commercial team, you will lead our digital design capability, delivering high-quality, brand-aligned work across motion, video, web, social, and interactive formats.
This role combines hands-on creative delivery with ownership of digital standards, processes and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with brand, marketing, content and web teams to integrate brand and user experience, and help shape how our brand comes to life across our digital channels.
You’ll combine creative delivery with leadership and process improvement to drive high-quality, scalable digital design across the firm. You’ll also be at the forefront of AI in design to drive quality, originality and efficiency of production.

A look into the role
As a Digital Design Manager within our Commercial practice, you will:
- Lead digital design delivery from concept to execution across a range of projects
- Produce high-quality outputs across web, social, motion, video and interactive formats
- Lead the adoption and application of AI-enabled tools within digital design, building capability across the team and identifying practical use cases to enhance creativity, efficiency and user experience.
- Apply and evolve the firm’s visual identity across digital channels, ensuring consistency and quality
- Evolve the application of digital design and artificial intelligence platforms
- Collaborate with web, content and marketing teams to integrate brand and user experience
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external agencies, providing clear creative direction
- Create and maintain templates and best practice frameworks (e.g. Ceros, social, digital assets)
- Drive consistency, scalability and efficiency in digital design delivery
- Use structured workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and to brief
- Support improvements to digital experience, usability and accessibility
- Act as a go-to expert for digital design within the firm
- Stay up to date with trends across AI, UI/UX, motion and content design
- Bring new ideas into campaigns and strategic projects
- Support the continued shift towards digital-first thinking across teams
- Share best practice and tools across the team
- Contribute to stronger decision-making and capability at manager level
Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Digital Design Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is proven experience working in a mid-weight to senior role in a design team. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
- A passionate visual communicator and professional creative digital practitioner
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, AI, motion/video platforms
- Ability to lead projects from concept through to delivery with confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience improving processes, templates and workflows
