Creative Designer – Enterprise

Your Role: Creative Designer – Enterprise (Competitions)

Join us to create high-quality, commercially effective digital and campaign creative that drives Enterprise activity across Global Win, Cash Call, and wider consumer partnership campaigns.

Your work will bring winning moments to life across all channels, act as a brand guardian, and ensure every asset is expertly designed to drive response and support campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities

As a Creative Designer – Enterprise at Global, you’ll focus on:

  • Campaign design and production (40%): From brief to delivery, design fully realised concepts into assets that maximise audience engagement and campaign success.
  • Brand guardianship (25%): Ensure all creative aligns with Global Win, Cash Call, and related business guidelines—maintaining brand consistency, accuracy, and legality.
  • Multi-channel asset delivery (20%): Produce high-quality assets for CRM, social media, digital display, web, and outdoor campaigns, adapting creative to fit each platform.
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management (15%): Work closely with marketing, commercial, product, and partnerships teams to understand feedback, manage timelines, and deliver results.

What Success Looks Like (First Few Months)

By your first few months, you’ll have:

✔ Delivered high-standard campaign creative across Global Win, Cash Call, and consumer partnerships. ✔ Fully embedded yourself in Global’s brand guidelines and campaign frameworks, ensuring consistency and quality. ✔ Built strong relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, commercial, product, and partnerships. ✔ Proven you can manage multiple briefs and tight deadlines, delivering projects on time and to a high standard.

What You’ll Need

Essential:

  • Design expertise: Proven experience in a design role, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality, commercially effective creative work.
  • Technical skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)—bonus for video editing, motion graphic, or HTML design experience.
  • Attention to detail: Precision in layout, typography, and brand consistency across every asset, format, and platform.
  • Planning & organisation: Ability to multitask effectively, prioritise competing demands, and meet fast-paced deadlines.
  • Collaboration & communication: Comfort working with diverse stakeholders, constructive feedback integration, and campaign-aligned results.
  • Marketing mindset: Well-rounded understanding of how design impacts digital/social performance, with a proactive, flexible approach to testing and refinement.
