Role: Digital Designer
Location: Greater London, 2 days in office/hybrid! Salary: Open to salary plus bonus!
Our client is an innovative and fast-growing beauty brand looking to appoint a talented Digital Designer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the brand's digital presence, creating engaging content across ecommerce, retailer and owned digital channels while delivering a seamless and premium customer experience.
The Role
Our client is looking for a creative and commercially minded Digital Designer to own the creation, optimisation and adaptation of digital assets across their ecommerce platforms, retailer websites and owned channels. Working closely with the Marketing, Ecommerce and Brand teams, you'll ensure all digital creative is visually engaging, on-brand and supports commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create digital assets across ecommerce, retailer and owned channels.
- Produce website creative, landing pages and digital content using Figma.
- Create engaging Product Detail Pages (PDPs), ecommerce imagery and Amazon A+ Content.
- Design digital assets for retail partners and online marketplaces.
- Develop creative for paid digital advertising and social media campaigns.
- Produce email and CRM creative to support marketing activity.
- Create infographics and other digital content to support product launches and campaigns.
- Adapt and optimise creative across multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing, Ecommerce and Brand teams to deliver high-quality creative to agreed deadlines.
- Continuously review and optimise digital assets to enhance engagement, user experience and conversion.

About You
Our client is looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in a Digital Designer or similar creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for ecommerce websites and digital marketing channels.
- An understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design.
- Experience creating Amazon A+ Content and Product Detail Pages is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for beauty, branding and creating exceptional digital experiences.
