Digital Designer – Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover
Location: Swindon Support Centre (hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office)

About the role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for producing engaging, high-quality creative assets across our digital channels, helping bring our performance marketing, website trading, and brand campaigns to life.
Working in the Design Studio team, you'll create artwork for our website, email, paid and organic social media, and other digital marketing channels, ensuring all creative is visually compelling, on-brand, and optimised for performance.
You'll also contribute ideas during campaign development, helping shape creative concepts from the outset, and use basic animation to add impact across digital channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Produce creative assets for the website, including banners, landing pages, and promotional content.
- Create static and animated assets for paid social campaigns.
- Support with the creation of engaging content for organic social media.
- Produce email creative that delivers a strong customer experience and supports commercial objectives.
- Develop digital creative for ATL media campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
- Create basic motion graphics and animations to enhance digital content.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, CRM, social, and commercial teams to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure all artwork is consistent with brand guidelines while continually looking for opportunities to improve creative quality and effectiveness.
- Prepare assets in the correct formats and specifications for different digital platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering work accurately and to agreed deadlines.
- Stay up to date with digital design trends, platform developments, and emerging creative techniques.

About you
We’re looking for people who want to build a career, not just find a job - individuals who are curious, committed, and full of ideas. At our Support Centre, you’ll be part of a business that values innovation, collaboration, and long-term growth. Experience required for this role will include:
- Experience in a digital design role, either in-house or within an agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital design across multiple channels.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Experience designing for websites, email, and social media.
- Understanding of best practice for digital advertising and social platform specifications.
- Ability to create simple animations and motion graphics.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- A collaborative approach with strong communication skills.
