Digital Designer (Midweight & Senior – UX/UI)
💰 £35,000 – £65,000 (DoE)
📍 Derbyshire (4 days onsite / 1 remote)
I’m working with a growing creative agency that’s building out its digital team and hiring both Midweight and Senior Digital Designers.
If you enjoy working across UX, UI, and web and want a clear path to step up, this is worth a look.
The roles
Senior Digital Designer (1 hire)
- Established creative with 5+ years experience
- Confident leading projects and working directly with clients
- Experience mentoring juniors and shaping design direction
- Nice to have: exposure to enterprise eCommerce / CMS (Salesforce, AEM etc.)
- Opportunity to grow into a Design Director role over time

Midweight Digital Designers (1–2 hires)
- Around 2+ years experience
- Could suit a strong junior looking to step up or an existing Midweight
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Clear progression path into a senior role
What you’ll be doing
- Working across UX, UI, web, and interactive projects end-to-end
- Creating wireframes, sitemaps, and high-quality design outputs
- Presenting ideas and concepts internally and to clients
- Collaborating closely with developers and wider teams
- Taking ownership of projects (or supporting on larger ones depending on level)
