Digital Designer (Performance & Innovation) – UKTV Creative
UKTV Creative is our in-house powerhouse, redefining what creative means in a fast-evolving, data-driven, platform-native world. We deliver best-in-class content across paid, owned, and earned channels—informative, engaging, and results-driven.
We’re seeking a Digital Designer (Performance & Innovation) to help shape the future of our performance creative output. This is your chance to design for impact, creating static and motion assets that drive subscriptions, engagement, and growth for UKTV.
About the Role
Our Digital Designer will be responsible for creating high-performance, data-informed creatives that push boundaries for digital marketing and content growth. You’ll work across paid, owned, and earned media to deliver assets that resonate and perform.

Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-impact visual assets for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV environments
- Collaborate with marketing, media, and insights teams to refine creatives for performance optimisation
- Experiment with automation, AI, and emerging technologies to scale and innovate workflows
- Develop templates, toolkits, and creative systems to streamline output and enable launch testing strategies
What We’re Looking For
- A passionate, creative professional with strong conceptual and technical ability
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)—experience with 3D/AI tools is a bonus
- Deep understanding of digital platform formats, audience behaviours, and performance metrics
- Curious, proactive, and eager to work at the cutting edge of performance-driven design

Nice to Have
- Experience working with emerging platforms or platform-specific trends
- Familiarity with creative coding, Lottie, or automation tools like Figma or Webflow
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards for digital content
