About Midwich Marketing

The Marketing team is a dynamic, forward-thinking and fun department within Midwich. Comprised of a diverse group of creative, strategic and client-focused individuals, we’re dedicated to delivering epic marketing that translates to sales.

We believe in fostering an environment where our team can thrive and grow, and enjoy a variety of networking opportunities with your vendors and colleagues alike, and contribute to the community through volunteering initiatives.

About the Role

We are searching for a talented, experienced, multi-disciplined Graphic Designer who has up-to-date knowledge of digital and print design best practices. As a leading high-tech distribution company based in the UK, you will be required to interpret the needs of the business and its clients, to design solutions with a high visual impact that are optimised for the digital environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with world-leading brands such as Samsung and LG to deliver a variety of creative projects and grow our portfolio. These can include animated screen content, email marketing campaigns, digital advertising, website development, conceptual documents, interactive directories and brochures, infographics, social media, presentations and more. You will work within the Marketing team to contribute to the continued success of the business.

Working within the marketing department, you will sit in a team of 4 other designers specialising in print, animation and web design to name a few. But you will also work collaboratively with client services, events and the delivery team to produce campaigns that our clients rave about. One of the most rewarding parts is that you will see a project through from start to finish, beginning with concept work through to the launch assets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
