Role Overview
This role is all about hands-on creativity and problem-solving through design, delivering high-quality visual assets that bring our products and brand to life. As our Digital Designer, you'll support the day-to-day production of digital artwork and content for our website and wider brand ecosystem, and you'll be passionate about creating polished, on-brand creative that stays consistent across every customer interaction.
Alongside strong design fundamentals, you'll embrace AI-powered creative workflows as part of your everyday toolkit, using the latest AI design, editing, image generation and productivity tools to work smarter, move faster, and unlock new creative possibilities while never letting quality or brand standards slip.
You'll play an active part in solving creative challenges alongside the wider Brand & Design team, whether that's photo editing, storyboarding, refining imagery, generating concepts with AI, or streamlining production through smarter workflows. You're detail obsessed, organised, naturally curious, and genuinely excited by how AI is transforming creative production, not threatened by it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
