Company: Hybrid Anchor
Join an all-senior digital agency building websites, software and digital experiences that make a measurable difference.
At Hybrid Anchor, we don't build websites for the sake of building websites.
We solve business problems.
Every project starts with understanding our client's goals before designing experiences that generate enquiries, improve conversions and support long-term growth.
We're looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our growing Scottish team. Whether you're an ambitious middleweight designer ready for your next challenge or an experienced senior looking for greater ownership, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll be involved throughout the entire design process.
From discovery workshops and client meetings through to wireframes, UI design, prototypes and developer handover, you'll play a key role in shaping digital experiences for businesses across a wide range of industries.
This isn't a production-only role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, asking questions, challenging assumptions and creating thoughtful user experiences.
You'll often be working across several projects simultaneously, so being organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines is important.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing modern, conversion-focused websites and web applications.
- Creating wireframes, user journeys and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
- Working directly with clients to understand objectives and gather requirements.
- Leading or contributing to discovery sessions and design workshops.
- Presenting design concepts and explaining design decisions confidently.
- Collaborating closely with developers throughout implementation.
- Taking ownership of your own projects from discovery through to completion.
- Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Continuously improving our design standards and internal processes.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
