Job Description
The role:
The Digital Designer will support the production of best-in class digital creative content for the growing retail brand TK Maxx within TJX Europe, part of the Global Retail Company TJX, Inc.
Reporting into the Creative Manager and Manager of Ecommerce Creative, this Digital Designer will support the creative team in producing on-brand digital design content and will be responsible for its timely delivery. Working in a fast-paced, digital first team of copywriters and designers, they will work on producing UK marketing emails alongside the creation of web assets, social assets, content and campaign support.
What You'll Do
- Support the team in the creation of engaging, inspiring and on-brand design communications
- Support Email project work & proofing
- Adapting and creating campaign assets (e.g Red Nose Day & Christmas)
- Support with on-going email template development.
- Innovate and maintain up to date knowledge of E-commerce, eCRM marketing, and motion graphic trends.
- Work closely with the Creative manager to ensure all assets are in-line with the current campaigns and/or brand signature.
- Work closely with the Film Editor to upskill motion graphics knowledge.
- Create strong work that has an impact on the business growth and market share.
- Take on-board learnings from the Manager of Ecommerce Creative regarding campaign performance, and continuously innovate to drive and improve performance.
- Puts the brand and customer at the heart of the creative development process.
- Actively participate in the Ecommerce creative team meets, communicate well and work towards a right first-time approach.
- To create a positive, supportive and innovative culture within the E-commerce creative team.
- Self-motivated and manage daily tasks to ensure works are delivered on-time.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with the TJX Core Brand and Marketing teams & CRM teams and business functions to help facilitate the TJX omni-channel vision.
- Constantly challenge, question, and innovate to develop the team’s digital knowledge and skills.

- Experience in using Figma/Adobe XD, Photoshop, After Effects
- Ability to create engaging animations optimized for email (GIFs, lightweight video).
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms/html
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles for email.
- Basic retouching skills
- Ability to create and deliver to tight deadlines
- Customer-centric thinking
- Great team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- A positive, creative and influential personality
- Experience of working with task management tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, Trello, Google Doc’s etc
