PAID SOCIAL DIGITAL DESIGNER – ECOMMERCE BRANDS (AGENCY SIDE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a rapidly growing international agency that partners with some of the most recognisable ecommerce and consumer brands in the market. Having launched its specialist studio capability only recently, the business has already built a team spanning motion, social content, production and creative strategy, with ambitious plans to continue investing in AI, automation and creative technology.

This is far more than a traditional design role. Sitting at the intersection of creativity, performance marketing and technology, you’ll help shape how paid social and digital campaigns are produced at scale, designing high-performing assets and building the systems, templates and workflows that allow creative to be adapted across different audiences, products and markets. For someone excited by AI, creative automation and the future of performance creative, there is a genuine opportunity to influence the direction of a team that is still defining what “best in class” looks like.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Hands-on experimentation with AI and emerging creative technologies, including tools such as Claude, Freepik, Higgsfield, Firefly and other generative platforms that accelerate production and unlock new creative possibilities
  • A technically curious mindset, combining strong design fundamentals with problem-solving skills and an enthusiasm for automation, efficiency and the future of digital advertising
