About Exide Technologies
Exide Technologies is a leading provider of innovative battery storage solutions, serving automotive and industrial markets across Europe and beyond. As our Lithium Technology business continues to grow, we are looking for a Digital Development Intern to support the digital transformation of our commercial and operational processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience working with Salesforce and business process development in a fast-paced, international environment.
The Role
As a Digital Development Intern, you will support the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based business processes that support Exide's Lithium Technology activities.
Working closely with Lithium Applications, Service, and IT teams, you will help optimise workflows, improve data quality, develop reporting capabilities, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing development and maintenance of a new custom Salesforce object, workflows, flow, validation rules and dashboards.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from Lithium Technology stakeholders.
- Perform testing and validation of new Salesforce functionality.
- Support data quality, reporting, and process automation initiatives.
- Create user guides, documentation, and training materials.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for further digital enhancement.
- Assist with troubleshooting and user support activities.
- Participate in digital transformation projects related to Lithium products and customer solutions.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Data Analytics
- Engineering
- Business Technology
- or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable:
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Understanding of business process mapping.
- Interest in digital transformation and process automation.
