Job Title: Digital Development Lead

Term: Two Years Fixed Term

Full Time: 35 hours per week

Salary: £47,344 per annum + car allowance

Location: Westhill/Home Working approx. 3/2 split

Start Date: ASAP

At Osprey Housing, we’re looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Digital Development Lead to drive our digital transformation journey. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in modernising services, enhancing tenant experiences, and helping colleagues work smarter through technology.

Working across the organisation, you’ll lead the development of our digital systems, champion innovation, and deliver projects that make a real difference to our customers and communities.

  • Lead transformational digital projects from concept to delivery
  • Drive the development of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Power BI solutions
  • Enhance our Housing Management System through improved processes and reporting

  • Champion our “Digital by Choice” approach to customer services

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Experience implementing and developing digital systems
  • Strong Microsoft 365 expertise, particularly SharePoint and Teams
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Demonstrable understanding of cyber security
  • Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into service improvements
  • Experience supporting a range of software and hardware systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft certifications

We operate a flexible hybrid working environment. This role will allow you to work flexibly between your home and our HQ in Westhill, Aberdeenshire, although during your probationary period the majority of your time will be spent in the office.
