Digital Director - London (Hybrid - 3 days per week) - £140,000 - £175,000 + Bonus + Equity Opportunity + Excellent Benefits

I'm partnering with an ambitious AI-focused consultancy looking to appoint a Digital Director to join its Senior Leadership Team.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a growing business, leading its digital strategy, AI product innovation and technology capability. You'll play a key role in defining the organisation's technology vision, overseeing the development of AI-enabled products, supporting major consulting engagements and influencing the long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across the organisation's digital, AI and product capabilities as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Lead the AI Product & Innovation Function, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-enabled products from ideation through to launch, adoption and ongoing evolution.
  • Define and own the digital technology roadmap, ensuring products and platforms support the firm's long-term growth strategy.
  • Act as the organisation's senior technology leader, providing credibility and strategic guidance across consulting engagements and client relationships.
  • Oversee internal, offshore and third-party development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and best practice throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Build and manage strategic technology partnerships, supplier relationships and software delivery partners.
  • Establish governance across product delivery, including requirements gathering, development oversight, testing, user acceptance and delivery frameworks.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify new AI product opportunities and bring innovative solutions to market.
  • Represent the business externally through client engagement, executive workshops, industry events and thought leadership activities.
  • Recruit, mentor and grow the digital, product and consulting capability as the organisation continues to scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
