Role Description
The Digital Document Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Essex. This role is responsible for preparing, processing, and managing digital technical records and documentation related to aviation components and services. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Organizing and uploading documents into digital systems
- Reviewing records for accuracy and completeness
- Ensuring proper filing, indexing, and version control

The Digital Document Clerk will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support compliance and operational efficiency, respond to documentation requests, and maintain clear communication regarding document status and requirements. The role requires:

- Careful attention to detail
- Consistent adherence to established procedures
- The ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Strong skills in document preparation and document processing, with the ability to handle technical records accurately.
- Experience in document review and document management, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining digital files.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders on documentation needs.
- Proficiency with office software and digital document management systems; comfort working with databases and cloud platforms.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Understanding of or interest in aviation or technical documentation is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an administrative, records management, or similar clerical role is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Essex and adhere to established security, safety, and confidentiality standards.
