The Role

We're looking for a Digital Engagement Lead to own the social media presence for our social casino brands end to end from strategy and channel planning through to content creation, community management, and performance reporting.

This is a solo ownership role. You won't be delegating to a team you'll be the creative force, the strategist, the community voice, and the analyst all in one. You'll work closely with the wider marketing team but you'll have full autonomy to ensure brands show up across every social channel.

What You'll Own

Strategy & Channel Ownership

Develop and own the social media strategy for social casino brands cross all relevant platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and YouTube. Define channel-specific approaches that reflect the distinct personality and culture of each platform while maintaining a consistent WOW brand voice. Set and track KPIs across reach, engagement, follower growth, UGC volume, and community health reporting performance and insights to senior stakeholders. Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, emerging formats, and cultural trends to ensure WOW is always where the conversation is happening.

Content Creation & Production

Conceive, create, and publish thumb-stopping content that resonates with our audience casino excitement, bingo buzz, big wins, community moments, and the joy of play. Develop a consistent content calendar that balances planned campaigns with reactive, in-the-moment content that capitalises on trends and viral opportunities. Produce content natively across formats short-form video (Reels, TikTok), static, Stories, carousels with a strong instinct for what works for each. Brief and collaborate with designers or external creators where needed, while being fully capable of producing high-quality content independently. Leverage AI content tools to increase production speed and ideation without sacrificing quality or authenticity.

Community Management & Engagement

Own the WOW community voice responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a way that feels warm, genuine, and on-brand. Build and nurture a loyal, engaged community that feels genuinely connected to the WOW brands and each other. Identify, engage, and develop relationships with UGC creators, brand fans, and micro-influencers who authentically represent the WOW audience. Actively encourage and amplify user-generated content creating the conditions where players want to share their wins, their moments, and their love of the brand. Monitor community sentiment and surface player feedback to inform product, marketing, and CRM decisions.

Virality & Growth

Develop a sharp instinct for what makes content travel and consistently produce content with real viral potential, not just solid engagement. Identify trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments early and move quickly to capitalise before the curve peaks. Build UGC frameworks and community activation strategies that turn loyal players into brand advocates and organic amplifiers. Test, learn, and iterate relentlessly using data to understand what's working and doubling down fast.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of digital marketing/social media management experience, with a proven track record of growing and engaging communities for consumer brands. Demonstrable experience creating content that has achieved genuine organic reach or viral traction not just solid metrics. Deep understanding of what makes content resonate with a female-skewing, entertainment and community-oriented audience. Native-level fluency across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube you understand each platform's culture, not just its features. Strong content creation skills across short-form video, static, and Stories, comfortable producing content hands-on without always relying on a production team. Proficient in social media management and scheduling platforms Experience building and activating UGC programmes and working with micro-influencers or brand advocates. Data-literate able to interpret platform analytics and translate performance data into actionable strategy decisions. Excellent written voice with the ability to adapt tone across formats, platforms, and campaign types. Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, entertainment, or a similarly consumer brand is a strong advantage.
