As the business grows, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Engineer / BIM Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery across Europe’s major data centre and infrastructure projects.
A Digital Engineer will support the design and delivery of underground utilities, duct banks, drainage, and reinforced concrete packages. You will ensure the right information is available at the right time for construction teams by developing and coordinating 3D models, producing drawings, and guiding clash detection.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for:
- Underground services (ducts, drainage, chambers, utilities)
- Reinforced concrete structures • Produce coordinated drawings, sections, and setting-out information for site teams • Support and resolve clash detection between services and structural elements • Work with survey data and point clouds to align models with site conditions • Assist in preparing construction sequences, layouts, and reinforcement detailing • Ensure models and drawings align with RIBA Stage deliverables and ISO 19650 requirements • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to resolve design and coordination challenges • Manage and track design changes, ensuring the latest information is issued • Provide digital support for:
- Concrete pours
- Service diversions
- Underground works • Lead the implementation of digital tools and workflows (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Dynamo) to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks (essential)
- Experience with Civil 3D (preferred)
- hands-on experience with underground services and reinforced concrete modelling
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 information management principles
- Knowledge of survey integration (point clouds, georeferencing, coordinate systems)

Soft Skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce civil/structural drawings
- Detail-oriented, organised, and a proactive problem-solver
Experience Highly Desirable
• Previous roles on data centre, heavy civil engineering, infrastructure, or large-scale industrial projects
Legal Requirement
- Candidates must have the right to permanently live and work in the UK
