The Opportunity

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Engineering Coordinator who brings a strong background in BIM and a passion for digital innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team delivering high-impact Energy and Resources projects, where digital engineering plays a critical role in driving efficiency, collaboration, and project success. You will be part of a dynamic environment that values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement, with the chance to contribute to complex and meaningful work shaping the future of infrastructure.

About The Role

Working closely with the Digital Delivery Lead and wider Digital Engineering colleagues within Energy & Resources, you will play a key role in the coordination and delivery of BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will ensure models are effectively integrated, aligned, and optimized throughout the project lifecycle.

  • You will take ownership of federated models, managing clash detection processes and facilitating the resolution of design conflicts in a timely and collaborative manner.
  • Alongside this, you will support the implementation of BIM standards and workflows, ensuring compliance with industry frameworks such as ISO 19650.
  • A core part of the role will involve maintaining model integrity and enabling seamless collaboration through the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring project teams are working with accurate, up-to-date information at all times.

This is a highly detail-oriented position where your technical expertise and coordination skills will directly influence the quality and success of project delivery.

Your Impact

In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing together complex design information and enabling teams to work more collaboratively and efficiently.

  • By coordinating federated models and resolving clashes early in the design process, you will help minimize risk, reduce rework, and improve overall project outcomes.
  • Your ability to implement and uphold BIM standards will ensure consistency and quality across projects, while your proactive approach to issue resolution will keep delivery on track.
  • You will play a key part in embedding best practice digital engineering approaches, helping to elevate project performance and drive innovation within the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
