Digital Experience Designer

GROFU

GROFU is a growing company that operates a portfolio of brands across marketing, consumer products, e-commerce, local media, travel and other sectors.

Our culture is simple. Treat adults as adults.

We hire experienced, motivated professionals who take pride in their work and trust them to deliver without being micromanaged.

We are now hiring a Digital Experience Designer to take ownership of design and user experience across the group.

This is a senior role that combines strategic ownership with hands-on delivery across multiple brands. You will be responsible for setting direction, but you will also be involved in the details.

  • Auditing interfaces
  • Shaping design systems
  • Working directly inside tools
  • Collaborating daily with developers and copywriters to execute properly

The Role Specifics

Strategy and ownership

  • Define and drive digital experience strategy across multiple brands within the group
  • Prioritise activity based on commercial impact and growth potential
  • Align design with wider business goals and product direction
  • Provide clear roadmaps and practical next steps

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
