Digital Experience Executive

London (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
Up to £50,000 FTE | Fixed-Term Contract until 31 December 2026

Are you passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences? Do you enjoy improving websites, optimising customer journeys, and using data-driven insights to enhance online performance?

I'm working with a well-established, values-led organisation to recruit a Digital Experience Executive on a fixed-term contract running until 31 December 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative marketing team and play a key role in delivering and continuously improving digital experiences across multiple online platforms.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, digital, and technical teams to enhance customer journeys, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure digital channels deliver an outstanding user experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
