Digital Experience Executive (6 Month FTC) | Part-time
London (Hybrid - 2 days in the office) | c.£40,000-£45,000 + Benefits
Are you passionate about creating seamless digital customer experiences? Do you enjoy improving websites, optimising user journeys and using data to enhance online performance?
I'm working with a well-established, values-led organisation to recruit a Digital Experience Executive on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative marketing team, supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of digital experiences across multiple online platforms.

The role will involve:
- Supporting the optimisation of websites and digital customer journeys
- Working across UX, UI and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identifying and resolving issues to improve the online experience
- Collaborating with marketing, digital and technical teams on new projects
- Monitoring performance using analytics and data insights
- Supporting content management, campaign tracking and digital best practice
- Helping prioritise digital improvements that deliver real value to customers.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience working across websites, digital marketing or digital experience
- An understanding of UX principles and customer journeys
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with CMS platforms, digital analytics or testing would be an advantage.
