Digital Group Head | Display & Programmatic Sales
Hybrid Working - London, 3 Days in the Office
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading premium digital publisher with cutting edge content across news, lifestyle and popular culture is seeking an experienced Digital Group Head to drive commercial growth across a portfolio of high-profile digital entertainment brands.
The opportunity:
- Lead digital revenue growth across display, video and programmatic advertising
- Manage and develop a high performing team while owning strategic agency relationships
- Build partnerships across agency trading, planning, investment and digital teams
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting, pitching and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with Ad Operations, Data and Insight teams to deliver outstanding client campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and market trends to identify new commercial opportunities
- Represent an innovative portfolio of premium media brands within the UK advertising market

About you:
- Proven success selling digital advertising across direct and programmatic channels
- Experience within a premium publisher, media agency, ad tech platform or media owner
- Strong network across major UK media agencies
- Excellent understanding of programmatic buying, audience targeting and digital measurement
- Commercially driven with outstanding presentation and relationship management skills
- Passionate about developing people, winning new business and building long term client partnerships
