About The Role

We're looking for a commercially driven Digital Growth Lead to take ownership of how Cybit is discovered, experienced and converted in an AI-driven buying world.

This role requires a strong balance of technical skills and commercial awareness.

This role sits at the intersection of website, search, AI visibility and conversion. You will have the practical skills and experience to transform the Cybit website into a high-performing revenue engine and ensure we are visible when buyers research problems, solutions and suppliers not just through Google, but through LLM AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that more of the right people find us, understand what we do and how we can benefit their business and choose us as their preferred Technology Partner.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and optimise the website as a revenue generation platform
    • Position the website as a growth engine that clearly communicates Cybit's value and differentiation
    • Optimise landing pages, site structure and user journeys to improve engagement and conversion

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
