About Cygnets Art School
Cygnets Art School is one of the UK's leading children's art education providers, delivering structured fine art programmes through a growing network of over 100 locations across the UK.
Alongside our established franchise business, we are launching Cygnets Online – a new digital membership platform designed to bring the Cygnets experience into homes around the world through on-demand art lessons, creative challenges and educational resources.
We are looking for a Digital Growth Manager to help launch, develop and grow the platform, working directly with the CEO.
The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded Digital Growth Manager who enjoys building digital businesses and can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
This is a broad role spanning digital marketing, customer growth, membership development, operations and commercial strategy. You will be responsible for growing memberships, improving the customer experience, developing marketing activity and helping shape the systems and processes that support the long-term growth of Cygnets Online.
Working directly with the CEO, you will play a key role in the launch and ongoing development of the platform. As the business grows, there will be opportunities for the role to evolve and take on increasing responsibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
