Digital Health Project Manager
As a Digital Health Project Manager at ICON, you will provide technical expertise in Digital Health development, specification development, and subject-matter expertise to cross-functional study teams.
What You Will Do
Your role will focus on coordinating project and programme management delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide advice and recommendations to study teams regarding supplier selection and technology alternatives
- Complete Requests for Proposal (RFP) documentation and recommend appropriate suppliers to support study needs
- Lead and provide technical expertise for developing supplier specification and setup activities across the trial lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional study teams in scope changes, assessing risk, and managing system requirements updates
- Oversee supplier issue resolution for escalations from study teams, under supervision from Digital Health CoE line management
- Serve as the point of contact for inspection readiness activities, liaising between study teams and Digital Health technology suppliers
- Represent Digital Health CoE as a subject matter expert in internal cross-company meetings
- Continuously assess emerging digital health technologies to optimize operational efficiencies

Your Profile
You will bring solid project and programme management experience, managing competing priorities and mentoring teams.
Required Qualifications And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/experience)
- At least 6 years' operational experience in clinical trials with a pharmaceutical company or Clinical Research Organization
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical development processes, global clinical operations, and strategic planning
- Familiarity with industry best practices for vendor management
- Strong project management and presentation skills, with the ability to lead teams independently
- Preference for experience with Digital Health technology suppliers
