Elior – A Workplace That Works for You

Join our Customer Technology team and help shape the digital experience across our client sites.

We're looking for a proactive Digital Implementation Coordinator to play a key role in delivering innovative technology solutions across our Premium B&I portfolio. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, thrive on seeing projects through from planning to launch, and love collaborating with a variety of people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll spend most of your time supporting technology implementations at client sites, ensuring new digital solutions are delivered seamlessly and provide an outstanding experience for both clients and customers.

What you'll be doing...

As our Digital Implementation Coordinator, you'll support the successful delivery of technology projects and site mobilisations from start to finish. Working closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers, you'll ensure every implementation is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of technology projects and site mobilisations.
  • Delivering technology implementations across client sites, including pre-launch training, team engagement, and go-live support.
  • Coordinating suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and helping to keep projects on track.
  • Producing and maintaining accurate project documentation and handover information for the Service Delivery team.
  • Providing on-site support and resolving issues during high-profile implementations.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across the business.
  • Gathering insights and data to support reports, business cases, and future technology improvements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve mobilisation processes and customer technology solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
