We are now seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our team and support Kilnbridge’s digital transformation programme. This role will have a strong focus on integration and automation, working across multiple systems to improve connectivity, streamline workflows, and enhance how data is managed across the business.

This is a varied position, offering exposure to a wide range of technologies, where you will play a key role in connecting systems, supporting a single source of truth, and contributing to modern, scalable solutions that improve business efficiency and performance.


What You’ll Be Doing

You will design, develop and implement solutions to:

  • Integrate disparate systems using APIs and traditional workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate communication between different platforms.
  • Create and manage workflow automation processes to streamline business operations.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Supporting integration initiatives across key platforms, including connecting systems like Syrinx and Sage through automation.
  • Contributing to establishing a single source of truth across systems including HR, Finance and Expenses.
  • Supporting enhancements and in-house development across IMS and wider SharePoint environments.
  • Assisting with data solutions such as data warehouses or data fabric environments.
  • Supporting system integration and data migration activities across platforms like ERP and CDE.
  • Contributing to the development of internal tools and applications (e.g., material requisition processes) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Exploring and supporting the development of AI-driven solutions and digital automation initiatives.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Documenting technical specifications, integration processes, and workflows.
  • Utilizing SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in system integration and digital transformation.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a software development role.
  • Proven experience in system integration, API development, and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or C#.
  • Experience with API management tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools and platforms.
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Power Platform and Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
