The Opportunity
We are now seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our team and support Kilnbridge’s digital transformation programme. This role will have a strong focus on integration and automation, working across multiple systems to improve connectivity, streamline workflows, and enhance data management across the business.
This is a dynamic position offering exposure to diverse technologies, where you will play a key role in connecting systems, supporting a single source of truth, and contributing to modern, scalable solutions that drive business efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
System Integration & Workflow Automation
- Design, develop, and implement solutions to integrate disparate systems using APIs and traditional workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Develop and maintain APIs to enable communication between systems.
- Create workflow automation processes to streamline operations.

Data & Platform Integration
- Integrate key platforms such as Syrinx and Sage through automation.
- Contribute to establishing a single source of truth across systems including HR, Finance, and Expenses.
- Support enhancements in IMS and wider SharePoint environments.
Data & Analytics Solutions
- Assist with the development of data warehouses or data fabric environments.
- Support system integration and data migration activities across ERP and Collaborative Data Environments (CDE).
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for insights and analytics.
Internal Tools & Digital Innovation
- Develop and enhance internal tools and applications (e.g., material requisition processes).
- Explore and support AI-driven solutions and automation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth system operations.
Documentation & System Governance
- Document technical specifications, integration processes, and workflows.
- Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in system integration and digital transformation.
Essential Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in a software development role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven system integration, API development, and workflow automation experience.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C#).
- Experience with API management tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power BI.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
