The Opportunity

We are now seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our team and support Kilnbridge’s digital transformation programme. This role will have a strong focus on integration and automation, working across multiple systems to improve connectivity, streamline workflows, and enhance data management across the business.

This is a dynamic position offering exposure to diverse technologies, where you will play a key role in connecting systems, supporting a single source of truth, and contributing to modern, scalable solutions that drive business efficiency and performance.


Key Responsibilities

System Integration & Workflow Automation

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions to integrate disparate systems using APIs and traditional workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
  • Develop and maintain APIs to enable communication between systems.
  • Create workflow automation processes to streamline operations.

Data & Platform Integration

  • Integrate key platforms such as Syrinx and Sage through automation.
  • Contribute to establishing a single source of truth across systems including HR, Finance, and Expenses.
  • Support enhancements in IMS and wider SharePoint environments.

Data & Analytics Solutions

  • Assist with the development of data warehouses or data fabric environments.
  • Support system integration and data migration activities across ERP and Collaborative Data Environments (CDE).
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for insights and analytics.

Internal Tools & Digital Innovation

  • Develop and enhance internal tools and applications (e.g., material requisition processes).
  • Explore and support AI-driven solutions and automation initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth system operations.

Documentation & System Governance

  • Document technical specifications, integration processes, and workflows.
  • Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in system integration and digital transformation.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a software development role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proven system integration, API development, and workflow automation experience.
    • Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C#).
    • Experience with API management tools and platforms.
    • Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power BI.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
