Your Impact
The Digital Team is a key part of the Marketing Department, and the Digital Intern plays an essential role within the eRetail team, which is responsible for executing the eTrade strategy (onsite/offsite) across leading UK online Retailers.
Position
Your Mission
As a Digital Intern, you will be assisting various team members (eRetail Managers and Assistant Managers) to support the team deliver the e-Trade plans, remain relevant in a competitive market, as well as overseeing ad-hoc projects to contribute to the team’s success.
Key tasks
- Coordinate product launches across all e-retailers to drive sales, maximise opportunities and elevate the brand in collaboration with the Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Ensure the retailers websites are always up to date with the correct content, creative banners, assets and copy to comply with Dior brand guidelines.
- Responsible for supporting with e-retailer sampling, gift with purchase and Dior art of gifting set-up & execution, as well as liaising with internal teams to coordinate stock and suppliers to produce bounce back cards and repacks.
- Monitor visibility on e-retailer platforms, both for Dior and competitors, providing regular updates back to the business, identifying opportunities.
- Conduct daily site audits to ensure visibility aligns with the eTrade plan and checking product stock levels.
- In charge of weekly competitive intelligence reports.
- In charge of tracking weekly sales and maintaining ownership of a key sales report for the team.
- Budget coordination: raising POs, managing invoices, tracker maintenance and working closely with finance and eRetail Managers to oversee the eRetail budget.

Profile
Who You Are
- A highly organised and analytical individual with a genuine affinity for the brand and the luxury industry.
- Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
- Previous experience in e-retail or digital marketing is desirable, ideally within a luxury brand.
- Understanding of the UK retail and beauty market.
- Able to work in the UK, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines effectively.
