Your Responsibilities
Key result areas: Achieving sales & profit targets for the business area Drive the commercialisation and establishment of Olympus Managing forward pipeline of opportunities in alignment with Sales Managers as an indicator of future sales Win/loss ratio for tenders & new business opportunities Key account management and retention / upgrade of existing customer business Responsibilities
Shall implement and work to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as stipulated within the KeyMed Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives. Shall implement and work to all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as stipulated within the HSE Manual, HSE Policies, and HSE Objectives. Drive the commercialisation and establishment of Olympus as the market leader in this space. Be a product evangelist. Develop, maintain, and leverage a deep working knowledge of our digital products and use this to develop the working knowledge of the products amongst our Capital Sales teams to optimise commercial discussions and product demonstrations. Work with the product management team to develop and refine our marketing, provide a vision and focus which the sales team believe in, and to coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors. Help maintain sales collateral to support product positioning, including presentations, applications, case studies, whitepapers and videos. Coach sales teams on how best to engage with IT/technical stakeholders, including how to successfully sell software as a solution Staying abreast and reporting upstream the local market trends, changes in clinical practice, emerging market needs and assisting market research activities. Support reimbursement and market access pathways for specific procedures by collaborating with local and EMEA HEMA colleagues Optimise the end-to-end sales process for our endoscopic solutions, acting as technical sales consultant, preparing and delivering technical presentations to potential customers, and guiding internal sales teams and potential customers through the buying process Execute, support, and monitor pre-sales contract excellence & governance and work with the commercial teams to ensure post-sales utilisation of the solutions

Your qualification
Required: Ability to travel up to 60% of your time, UK wide Minimum 3 years’ experience working in field-based technical sales or market development role (Healthcare / Medical Devices sector experience preferred) Successful experience managing sales opportunities Experience with supporting and driving commercial strategies Desirable
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS) and IT network topologies, their set up and maintenance Good knowledge of cloud solutions Technical and IT knowledge of Audio, Video Preferably knowledge and experience with interoperability: HL7, DICOM Experience of working on capital integration, infrastructure or Healthcare IT projects in collaboration with project managers preferred
