We’re looking to appoint a Digital Launch Manager—a pivotal role that will directly contribute to the expansion of Dunelm.com, its app, and our broader business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing efficient, high-quality digital product launches
  • Delivering exceptional online customer experiences
  • Leading and optimising cross-functional processes
  • Driving a high-performing team committed to innovation

Key Relationships

Digital teams: Category Strategy Partners, Commercial Category Team, Optimisation team, SEO team, Digital Trade Planning Team, Digital Marketing Team, Brand Planning Team.


The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

Managed flexibly as a hybrid role, you’ll spend 2 days in-office (or on-site) to foster collaboration and high-momentum execution.

As Digital Launch Manager, you’ll ensure that new products hit Dunelm.com and our app quickly, smoothly, and with maximum impact, driving e-commerce growth across -click-and-collect, mobile point-of-sale, and home delivery.

This requires you to:

  • Lead a high-performing multimember team—Launch Assistants, Launch Executives, and Senior Launch Executives—to create a culture of operational excellence.
  • Set priorities effectively, balancing business goals with strong operational execution.
  • Streamline launch workflows and unify product data and imagery—enhancing quality at source, reducing inefficiencies, and minimising costly rework.
  • Champion optimisation & performance excellence by partnering with:
    • Commercial & merchandising teams, ensuring aligned timelines and standards
    • Central Merchandising, DTC & Web Replenishment teams to effectively manage stock availability
    • Operations, Logistics, Photography Studio & Optimisation teams for seamless execution
  • Actively shape programmatic and seasonal launches, liaising with Category Strategy Partners to align activities with business priorities.
  • Continuously identify process improvements, from pre-launch to customer-facing optimisation, championing a data-driven approach that drives growth.
