Digital Learning Consultant
Digital Learning Consultant
Location: UK, Home Based
About the Role
You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their degree apprenticeship programme.
Responsibilities
Deliver Outstanding Learning Experiences
- Coach and support a caseload of learners across multiple organisations
- Act as the key link between learners, employers, and internal teams
- Partner with learning and quality specialists to drive on-time programme completion
- Provide clear feedback and track progress, including 20% off-the-job requirements
- Use digital tools to deliver engaging, cohort-wide support
Inspire Through 1:1 Coaching
- Review learner evidence and ensure it meets programme standards
- Adhere to and apply quality assurance procedures when reviewing all degree standard components
- Run regular remote reviews with learners, employers, and stakeholders
- Help learners apply skills directly in their roles
- Use proactive communication to identify and close skills gaps
Collaborate & Contribute
- Maintain accurate records and meet KPIs
- Take ownership of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and development
- Support wider team projects and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to grow and improve the business
Your Experience and Skills
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric focus
- Ability to diagnose learner needs and adapt to requirements in a remote environment
- Guide and influence issue resolution
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Ability to solve problems using experience and knowledge
- Experience in caseload management and effective use of remote intervention
- Skilled in delivering motivational, balanced, and constructive feedback
- Attention to detail with strong administrative skills
- Ability to manage own time and prioritise appropriately
- Available to attend a QA office for quarterly team meetings
