Job Description

As a Digital Learning Specialist within our Head Office, you will make a significant impact on our in-house Talent & Development by helping to build a truly innovative digital learning environment for NEXT employees.

Day-to-day, you will be hands-on in designing, developing, and producing a wide range of engaging digital learning content, from e-learning modules and animations to interactive videos and resources. You will work closely with the Digital Learning Lead, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure our T&D team meets project requirements and actively enhance the overall learning experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically skilled individual to push boundaries and bring fresh ideas to life during a 12-month Maternity cover.

What You'll Take On

  • Design, develop, and produce a wide range of engaging learning resources, including Adobe Express PDFs, e-learning modules, animations, videos, and interactive content.
  • Support the day-to-day administration of our Learning Experience Platform (Thrive Learning) by consistently uploading, organising, and maintaining content.
  • Produce accurate reports using the Thrive reporting suite and create L&D data dashboards.
  • Identify and quickly address technical issues or design challenges related to e-learning content and digital platforms.
  • Stay informed about new trends, tools, and best practices in e-learning to contribute ideas for continuous improvement and engaging learning solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
