Contract: 18 month Fixed-Term Contract, Full-Time
Your role @CHANEL:
You will support in the delivery of a diverse portfolio of thrilling digital learning projects across Retail and Corporate, that are accessible, creative, and impactful. This role will be integral to the transformation of our digital learning ecosystem and will drive engagement in learning across the business. The role requires a highly skilled digital learning professional with drive to innovate, motivate change, and a passion for connecting people and communities through learning.
This exciting role is distinct from permanent positions within the L&D team. It is created exclusively to manage and deliver a portfolio of digital projects that sit outside the business-as-usual remit of the permanent team.
This fixed-term, project-focused role exists to deliver the L&D Digital Project Portfolio 2026–2028.
What impact you can create at Chanel:
Project Delivery (Primary Focus)
- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of strategic learning and development projects across all divisions (Fragrance & Beauty, Fashion, and Watches & Fine Jewellery) and Corporate, as set out in the L&D Digital Project Portfolio, within the 18-month contract period.
- The scope of this role includes (but is not limited to) Regional and Global projects, such as Digital Learning Experience Transformation, Onboarding, AI learning & development, and Global compliance projects.
- Ensure all project milestones are effectively identified and communicated and successfully met according to the portfolio schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful change management and adoption of new digital learning solutions.
- Provide regular progress reports to key stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive handover documentation and knowledge transfer plans for the completed project portfolio, commencing no later than three months before the contract end date to ensure business continuity at contract completion.
Ongoing Digital Learning
During the contract period, and solely in support of the project deliverables, you will also support in maintaining existing digital learning provision. These duties are incidental to the primary project purpose.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
